Welcome to Mighty Mushrooms Motueka who recently started at the Nelson Farmers Market. They have a range of fresh oyster and pink mushrooms as well as pickled mushrooms. The fresh mushrooms are a wonderful addition to cooking and the pickled mushrooms are a great addition to any platter. At the moment there are two flavours; Honey, mustard, fennel and also chilli, lime, and shallot. Both are mighty tasty and it is hard to choose just one. New flavours are coming shortly so make sure to say Hi to Brian and try what he has on offer.
