Eat from the Farmers Market for A Week


 

As part of National Farmers; Market Week, Market Manager, Miriam Clark, has set herself the challenge of eating solely from market food for the week of 10-17 April. ‘I really want to demonstrate how easy it is to produce tasty and nourishing meals using food solely from our stallholders’, Miriam states. ‘We are so lucky to have such a wide variety of stalls, I am really looking forward to it’. Miriam also really wants other people to’ give it a go’ and would ‘love to hear about their experience ’.
