We were fortunate enough to have Nelson Shroomery join the Nelson Farmers Market in the lead up to Christmas last year. They grow pink and oyster mushrooms as well as selling mushroom blocks so you can have a go at growing your own. This stall has proved to be very popular and Nelson Shroomery are incredibly helpful and enthusiastic about what they do. They are loving Market life so please stop and have a chat. They also provide recipes should you need some inspiration.
