How versatile are new potatoes. Eat them hot or cold. In salads, as a side, or the base or many wonderous dishes. Last week Paul and Adrea started at the Nelson Farmers Market with their Highlander new potatoes. I was not overly familiar with this variety but they were fantastic.   They are a new stall to the Nelson Farmers Market and incredibly passionate about what they do. Please pop on down and say hi.
